Pieces Of Opulence will accept refund where the item is not as described but we do not accept refunds where the reason is for change of mind. If an item is found to be non authentic by a third party authenticator then we will also refund the item fully under our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
The claim to refund for an item not as described must be within seven days of receiving the item. To initiate refund you can contact us on Instagram or email us at enquiries@piecesofopulence.com Where the item is proven to be not authentic, we will honour it for life, the seven days does not apply.
Return postage is at the buyer's cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us. We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed-for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service.
Where you have purchased an item online and request to refund before we post it, you may still refund the item if we are informed in time however the merchant fee that is charged by Paypal or Stripe is non refundable. This fee is usually 3-4% of the transaction and we do not keep this fee, the respective merchant keeps it. If you require proof of the charge they retain we will be happy to provide it.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND:
Once we have received your returned item, your return will be processed within 5 working days. If all the returns criteria are met, funds can take up to 7 working days to appear back in your account.
